- Affordability
- It's something that it's not expensive.
- Example: This watch it's affordability

- At Risk
- Children who there development it's not at the same time of the other children.
- Example: Marco is at risk to not learn how walk at the same time of the other children of his group.

- Blended Funding
- It's a strategy not to pay individual. With this strategy the split the price in a group.
- Curriculum
- A plan that includes goals for children's development and learning, the experiences through which they will achieve the goals, what staff and parents should do to help children and the materials needed to support the children

- Developmental Milestones
- A set of skills or age-specific tasks that experts agree most children should be able to do within a certain age range. That helps the parents to find out if their child has some delay or if their kid is at the same place as the other children.

- Developmental Outcomes
- Describes the condition of a child's developmental health and life trajectory that can be impacted by family income and education level, access to health and child care services and others.

- Developmental Screening and Assessment
- Measure a child's development in different domains and looking for signs of developmental delays. Screening and assessment tools are typically administered by professionals in healthcare or school settings.

- A family literacy program funded by the U.S. Department of Education that provided parents/families with instruction in a variety of literacy skills and assisted them in promoting their children's educational development.
- McKinney-Vento Act
- The primary piece of federal legislation related to the education of children and youth experiencing homelessness. The Act authorizes the federal Education for Homeless Children and Youth (EHCY) Program which entitles homeless children and youth to a Free, Appropriate Public Education (FAPE), including a Preschool education.

- The period of time that a family can receive assistance before having to reestablish that they are still eligible for benefits.
